My husband got me this necklace as an appreciation. I do love the pendant, but the necklace is very thin. Sometimes i am afraid to wear it out. I HATE that I'm not able to show it off as much as i want to. I didn't have any trouble with the package or it being tangled. I also AGREE that its not as shiny as the picture but I'm sure its because of how it was cut. I also noticed that the back of the pendant was not the same as the one in the picture. I don't know if they make them differently or once again the way it was cut.I do love the design of the pendant it is beautiful

omgosh took so long to get this, but not the sellers fault. it appeared fedex lost it, took forever to get it. the seller worked with me on this and was very nice. they shipped out another necklace to me at no charge, and i got it pretty fast this time. the necklace is beautiful and sparkly, very happy with it. i am shipping one of the necklaces back to them, as i did not pay for one of them. would buy from them again.
