Girlfriend loves it! Slightly smaller than I expected but looks great on. She's a fan of simple, clean jewlery so this was perfect. Chain is slightly longer than a choker. Pendant sits just below her collar bone. Would recommend

This necklace looks understated in a classy way. It reflects light well and feels like some piece you inherited from a tasteful grandmother. Even though it has a medallion with diamond accents and amethyst, it doesn't look flashy. The workmanship is quite fine - almost the same standard of finesse that gold and diamond jewelry is made of.It won't suite your purpose if you want:1. An oversized statement-making medallion / pendant2. Strong yellow gold accent (it looks like aged mild gold)3. Real diamond sparkle (the diamond accents are very good, but not sparkly like a whole diamond)This lends itself very well to layering. I am also going to use this chain for other pendants and lockets. I like all kinds of jewelry - giant beads to delicate chains. I am very happy to add this to my collection.
