The ring is "dainty" as described by other buyers- the diamonds are small and without light let in from the sides or below there's only so much sparkle. But, for the price it's exactly what i wanted. It's also low enough and the shank is skinny enough to perfectly fit my 65 year old engagement ring.

Wow! I'm super impressed! This little ring really is as delicate and dazzling as others have said it is. I got the yellow gold version because I wanted to use my grandmother's engagement ring instead of the same old white gold, princess cut, halo ring that 99 out of every 100 women wear these days. I love the vintage rings, especially the 1940's illusion setting, and the fact that the ring was worn by a bride who stayed happily married for more than 60 years, until death did they part. The only thing I have not been able to do was find a wedding band that went with it that wasn't too plain or too big and overwhelming. This ring is exactly what I wanted, and for a fraction of the price of Jared's or the other jewelry store chains. I couldn't be happier!
