This is a very, very pretty piece of jewelry. We gave it to my Mother-in-law for her 70th birthday-she has 3 sons, so a heart for each of them.All the hearts stand out, the diamond heart is very sparkly-the rose gold is lovely and the silver one is bright. I did not measure the piece but it's not too large or too small. A bit bigger than a quarter.Overall, a very nice piece at a very good price.
